ScafWest, a leader in scaffolding solutions across Western Australia, is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Perth. This is a Perth-based role supporting multiple project sites, offering the opportunity to make a impact through leadership, operational excellence and a strong safety-first approach.
About the Role
As Project Manager you will oversee the planning and execution of scaffolding operations across sites, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, resource allocation and client KPIs. You'll play a key role in shaping project outcomes, leading a team and upholding ScafWest’s reputation for safe, efficient and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate responsibilities to site personnel and supervise role execution
Support Supervisors in WHS and IMS procedure implementation
Oversee Safety Officer performance and site involvement
Review weekly invoices and associated charges
Monitor and enforce compliance with client KPIs
Ensure adequate resource allocation across projects
Conduct and follow up on incident reviews, audits, and VFLs
Manage disciplinary procedures and performance management
Represent ScafWest at client meetings and prepare briefings
Review timesheets
Estimating quotes and budgets
Coordinate design requests and ensure quality execution
What You Bring
Minimum 10 years in the scaffolding industry
Proven experience with:
Tube & Fitting, Kwickstage, and ATPAC/Ringlock scaffolding systems
Leading Hand responsibilities and team leadership
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong knowledge of WHS standards and the ScafWest IMS
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications & Requirements
Advanced Scaffolding HRWL
Valid Driver’s Licence
Additional tickets: Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, White Card, First Aid
Clear National Police Clearance (defence site compliance)
Australian Citizenship preferred
Willingness to work overtime as needed
