We are currently seeking a experienced Operations Manager to work closely alongside our team!

Our office is based in North Fremantle.

The position on offer is contract based , with consistent work available, with potential full time after quarterly KPI review.

Your duties will mainly include…

Working directly with Government agencies on major and minor building refurbishments

Relaying progress updates to the Managing Director

Overseeing a small team

Practicing OH&S requirements

Deliver projects from pre-start to handover

Reporting project safety and progress via CRM application

Upholding a high standard of client services

We are looking for…

3 years' experience in a similar role and/or trade qualified background

Experience with government contracts

Strong understanding/commitment to safety on site

Strong document and software knowledge

Valid Driver's License

White Card

Healthy work ethic, with encouraging people skills and good reliability.

Work Vehicle and Hourly rate is negotiable and dependent on qualifications and experience.
