About Us:

We are a leading financial planning firm dedicated to providing personalised financial advice and wealth management services to our clients. Our team of professionals is committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our firm. This can be a part-time position (school hours are possible) and is situated in Townsville.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide high-quality administrative support to financial planners and clients of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor

Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members

Schedule and confirm client appointments

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Professional appearance and attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of attention to detail and accuracy
