Join our well-established accounting and tax practice as a full-time receptionist. We're looking for a friendly and organised professional to manage front-of-house duties and support our team with day-to-day administration. If you enjoy client interaction and want to build a career in a professional office environment, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet clients and manage incoming phone and email enquiries
Maintain client records, process invoices, and trust account transactions
Provide administrative support to accountants
Handle ASIC compliance and ATO correspondence
Manage the organisation of office facilities
Monitor and update marketing tools (e.g. Facebook, Canva)
About You:
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner (sales experience a bonus)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook in particular)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision
Team-focused with excellent time management
