Medical Receptionist Full Time/Part Time

Logan Heart Services is a large private cardiology practice with multiple locations in the Brisbane area, boasting up-to-date ultrasound machines and a friendly and dynamic technical team.

A position at our Meadowbrook site exists for an experienced for full time or part time medical receptionist with our company. This position with availability between 7.30 and 5.00 pm and one Saturday per month between 7.30-1.00pm. (penalty rates for Saturday work) with a day off during week.

Duties include:

Patient Liaison

Processing Medicare claims

Invoicing patients

Receipting of invoices

Medical Typing

Essential

Good customer service skills

Attention to detail

Flexibility

Typing (40-50wpm)

Desirable

The use of Stat software desirable but not essential
