About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Partnership Support Officer to join the Social Policy and Wellbeing team at Knox City Council.

The Property Partnership Support Officer will provide administrative support in managing and responding to property tenant’s enquiries, monitoring and responding to the shared inbox, pathway requests and tasks, maintaining the tenant contact list, and general administrative tasks relating to community planning requirements.

This role will work collaboratively with the Community Strengthening department and community members.

This is a temporary part time position working 3 days per week (0.6) until March 2026, based at Knox City Council Civic Centre in Wantirna South. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.

This is a Band 5 classified role. Remuneration will be $78,036.84 to $90,793.94 (depending on experience) (pro-rata for part time) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

What you will bring to this role

The key selection criteria for this role are:

  • Demonstrated experience in facilities management, customer service, and compliance and administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in property administration, lease management, or facilities support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and foster cooperative working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
