The position is offered working in our office located at Artarmon, on a flexible part-time basis working Monday to Friday, with a commitment of approx. 30 hours per week.
ICT Infrastructure Pty Ltd and Electrical & Communications company, is seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team. This is a newly created position for our growing business, and we are looking for someone who can be an integral part of our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the management team
• Interact with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Liaising with employees
• General administrative duties, including creditors & debtors
• Creating SWMS/JSA , and managing WH&S compliance
• General office duties
Requirements:
• Strong organisational, and administrative skills with a minimum of 5 year’s experience
• Good communication skills
• Experience with AroFlo and Xero
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Willingness to learn and to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
