Our client has recently been exclusively appointed by one of Australia's leading developers to market a large-scale luxury development in Wollongong and as such an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Project Sales Manager to take the lead on this site, has become available.
This role offers incredible long term growth opportunities for an exceptional sale person. Well thought out systems and procedures and a huge marketing budget guarantees that as many leads as possible will go directly to you.

The Position
In the role of Project Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process
- Manage the display suit in this fully autonomous role
- Service all incoming buyer enquiries and conduct follow up calls
- Lead generation through networking and database calls
- Organise and attend client appointments
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Project Sales Manager will have:
- Previous Project Sales/OTP sales experience and a track record of achieving exceptional results
- Strong knowledge of the OTP Sales process
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI's
- Ability to negotiate strongly and close sales
- A superior communicator who thrives on building relationships
- Driven and tenacious but still ethical in your sales approach
- You may either reside in Wollongong or reverse commute from the southern suburbs of Sydney
