💼 The Role – Hybrid Setter | Sales Closer | Buyer’s Agent
We're seeking a self-motivated professional who can confidently handle the full client journey — from booking the initial call to closing the deal and managing the buying process. This commission-only role offers no ceiling on your income — perfect for someone hungry for results, control, and true independence.
You will:
Generate & qualify leads via outbound calls, DMs, or email.
Conduct property strategy sessions and sell the value of our services.
Act as the Buyer’s Agent — researching, sourcing, negotiating, and facilitating purchases on behalf of your clients.
💰 Compensation & Earning Potential
Commission-Only — You get paid when deals close.
Uncapped Earnings – Top performers are earning $150K – $300K+ per year.
Deal sizes vary from $5,000 to $20,000+ in commission per property.
Bonus structures may be introduced as you hit milestones.
We won’t cap your income — if you’re ready to put in the work, we’ll give you the support to scale your results.
🧠 What You’ll Do
Book and lead strategy sessions with qualified inbound or warm outbound leads.
Educate clients about our property investment model and convert them to engaged buyers.
Conduct detailed needs analyses and help clients refine their goals.
Research and shortlist ideal properties from our national network.
Negotiate purchase terms and manage due diligence.
Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers, builders, and developers.
Support the client from start to settlement — and beyond.

This role is best suited to someone who:
Has experience in sales, real estate, buyer’s advocacy, or business development.
Is an excellent communicator with confidence on the phone or Google Meet.
Can self-generate leads and book their own appointments.
Enjoys managing the entire sales cycle, not just one slice of it.
Thrives in a remote, self-managed work environment.
Is emotionally intelligent, trustworthy, and always acts in the client’s best interest.
Holds (or is working toward) a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
Is familiar with the Australian property landscape (preferred but not mandatory).
