JPS Recruitment is working with a reputable builder developer on a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking to lead a high end 35-level apartment development.. Project values range from $50M to $150M on high-end & luxury apartment development projects across Sydney.

• Salary: Up to $250,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
• Project Type: Class 2 Multi res, new builds ($50M–$150M)
• Location: Inner West, with 2 days a fortnight on site.
• Clear career progression into senior management roles

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for the managing projects from pre-construction through to completion in a supportive and collaborative environment. Working closely with stakeholders, subcontractors, and your internal team, you’ll ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager experience in new build or multi res. Proven track record in managing $40M+ new build or multi-res projects with a strong commercial acumen in contracts, cost control, and stakeholder management. Salary is up to $250k + Super, negotiable for the right person. Additionally, a proactive solutions and focused mindset and strong leadership capabilities.
