• Manage a select group of high-value, multifaceted buildings and BMCs
• Deliver expert guidance and exceptional service to a premium client base
• Oversee financials, budgets, and maintenance strategies
• Creating agendas and documentation for AGMs and committee meetings
• Chair General and Strata Committee meetings
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performance culture

About You The ideal candidate will bring:

• Extensive strata management experience with large, complex portfolios
• Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation
