The Role
In this senior position, you’ll manage a select portfolio of larger, more complex schemes and Building Management Committees (BMCs), delivering high-level service and strategic advice.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing expert guidance and superior service to a small portfolio of premium clients
• Chairing General Meetings & Strata Committee meetings
• Preparing and presenting budgets for Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
• Overseeing the financial health of buildings within your portfolio
• Creating agendas and documentation for AGMs and committee meetings
• Managing repairs, maintenance, and service contracts effectively
• Coordinating timely resolutions to enquiries
• Providing mentorship and guidance to other strata managers and assistants fostering a high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 4+ years strata management experience

• Proven ability managing large or complex schemes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of NSW strata legislation
• Certificate of Registration (Class 2 or above)
• Highly organised, solution-focused, and proactive
