About the Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine that powers the Melbourne hub. You’ll ensure our residents, staff, and guests experience a safe, seamless, and welcoming environment every day. You’ll also collaborate nationally to improve systems, drive operational efficiency, and help our community focus on what they do best: building high-growth companies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Hub Experience & Facilities – Own the physical environment and ensure everything runs smoothly, from access systems to air-conditioning and ambience.
Resident Onboarding & Satisfaction – Lead seamless onboarding for new residents and respond promptly to requests and issues.
Operational Systems & Projects – Implement and improve digital systems and manage minor capital works, from layout changes to tech upgrades.
Health, Safety & Compliance – Act as HSR, first-aider, and fire warden. Keep everything compliant, safe, and up to date.
Team & Supplier Collaboration – Work closely with our Melbourne team and trusted suppliers to deliver high-quality service at every touchpoint.
