Team Leader – Trust Account Compliance
Salary: $180,000 package

In this unique role, you’ll move beyond routine month-end reporting and use your technical skills to lead investigations, oversee compliance education, and help protect the integrity of the legal profession in NSW. You’ll manage a small, high-performing team, interact with legal professionals, regulators and tribunals, and play a key part in shaping the future of trust account compliance.
We’re looking for someone with:

• CA or CPA qualifications and a strong grounding in trust accounting or audit
• Deep experience in compliance, investigations or regulatory environments
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
