We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to take our growth to the next level — building our client base, increasing brand visibility, and identifying new opportunities.

What you'll do:

Work closely with the General Manager, Director, and broader sales team to execute strategic business development and marketing plans.

Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline across infrastructure, government, and commercial sectors.

Lead end-to-end tender submissions, proposals, and client presentations.

Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns – digital, print, and trade-focused.

Oversee website updates, social media, SEO, and brand messaging.

Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and partnerships.

Represent DTS at networking events and industry forums.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing leadership role.

Strong B2B business development and client relationship skills.

Diploma in Arboriculture or relevant experience in the tree services or vegetation industry is highly regarded.

Solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.

Self-driven with a strong focus on results and collaboration.
