What You'll Be Doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including bar, kitchen, entertainment, and front-of-house

Lead and inspire a high-performing team across all departments

Manage budgets, rostering, ordering, and supplier relationships

Drive customer experience and ensure consistent service standards

Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and venue regulations

Champion a positive workplace culture and support staff development

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in a GM/Licensee role before

Strong leadership and people management skills

Solid understanding of financials, stock control, and scheduling

Knowledge of licensing and OH&S compliance

Passion for live music, great food, and community-driven hospitality

Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and hands-on
