The Role

Managing your own well-run residential portfolio

Handling all landlord and tenant communications

Managing rental arrears, repairs, and maintenance

Conducting ingoing, and outgoing inspections

Running open homes and overseeing property marketing

The Ideal Candidate

A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Fluent in Mandarin essential

Proven experience in property management

Strong understanding of NSW real estate legislation

Excellent communication and time-management skills

High attention to detail and the ability to take initiative

A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude

Property Tree experience is a plus, but not essential
