Based in a modern office, you'll work alongside a high-performing and down-to-earth leadership team that believes in empowering their staff - not micromanaging them.

Your new role

You'll be taking over a well-maintained portfolio of 40-50 buildings (approx. 600-700 lots), all located locally and built on long-standing relationships.

As an Owners Corporation Manager, you'll have support from both in-office assistants and offshore admin to keep your day flowing. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to your clients, attending AGMs, resolving issues proactively, and helping build strong communities within your portfolio.
You'll report to a supportive and approachable Team Leader who's known for her collaborative approach and genuine care for her team.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years of OC Management experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with committees and owners
• A genuine team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Confidence to hit the ground running with a moderate portfolio
• Proficiency with PropertyIQ is advantageous
