The Role This wonderful practice is now seeking an experienced leader to join them as their new Practice Manager, working either 4 or 5 days per week . The role is recognised as a key link between doctors and staff and will enjoy the best of both worlds; a close, professional working partnership with the owner as well as genuine autonomy and decision-making along with the scope to affect positive, progressive enhancements within an already flourishing environment. About You Essential criteria for the successful candidate include Medical/GP Practice Management experience with the ability to work autonomously yet within a team environment. This is a senior leadership role where you will recruit, train and develop staff and step in and support your team in times of high work demand. Understanding practice finance is important and previous experience in budgeting, planning, financial report preparation and payroll is essential along with rostering of staff. Practice promotion will also be skills you bring to this role along with a tech confident approach to using software/technology in a swiftly advancing landscape. As a basic fundamental, Best Practice software is essential.
The Offer The role is offered as either a part-time or full-time position with an attractive salary range of $100k - $120k + super (full-time equivalent/pro-rata if part-time) depending on experience. Ongoing professional development will be encouraged and you will have the pleasure of working in a truly great practice with a team that loves what they do.
