your role
As Facilities Manager, you’ll lead the hands-on, strategic oversight of multiple sites—ensuring they’re safe, compliant, and running at peak efficiency. From managing contractors to driving CAPEX/OPEX works and supporting new centre rollouts, you’ll be a key player in delivering real value across the business.

The road will be your office as you will be travelling to multiple sites across Victoria. You will also have the chance to work from home 2 days a week, offering great autonomy and flexibility!

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• 5-10 years of experience in facilities or property management, ideally across multi-site operations.
• Strong working knowledge of compliance standards, maintenance best practices, and contractor oversight.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and vendors.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving and operational improvements.
• Comfortable working with reporting tools and maintaining administrative oversight across multiple projects.
