Orana Gardens Ltd - is seeking qualified RN's with experience within Residential Aged Care Facilities on a Casual or Part-Time basis. Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor of Nursing (RN) with experience in Residential Aged Care Australia

AHPRA registration

Excellent time management skills, interpersonal and communication skills.

Deliver high quality clinical care to residents with dignity & respect.

Current police check, flu and covid-19 vaccination, proof of working rights in Australia.

Certificates in manual handling, Covid-19, infection control, hand hygiene, first aid/CPR.

Ability to apply clinical knowledge and awareness, using holistic nursing processes to meet resident individual care needs.

As a valued RN in our organisation your work will include:

Delegation of tasks to AINs, EENs, and Care Staff

Assessing care plans

Implementing and evaluating nursing care for patients according to accepted nursing practice and standards

Working in consultation with other health professionals and members of health teams

Coordinating the care of patients

Providing interventions, treatments and therapies such as medications, and monitoring responses to treatment and care plans

Promoting health and assisting in the promotion of quality health care, by participating in health education and other health promotion activities

Answering questions and providing information to patients and families about treatment and care

Coordinating the work of enrolled nurses and other health care workers.
