Requirements:

Current APHRA Registration– Division 1 Registered Nurse.

Minimum 2 Years Aged Care Experience

Current Police Check & Current Vaccination Record

Australian Driver License with own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities :

Deliver clinical and non clinical care to the residents.

Medication management and administration.

Care coordination and care planning of residents.

Supervise and lead the team of ENs and AINs.
