Marketing Specialist
Department: Sales and Marketing
Salary: $70,000+ Depending on Experience + Superannuation
This position requires candidates to have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
The Role
This is a full-spectrum marketing position with a strong focus on digital performance, lead generation, and content execution. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, optimise the website and CRM, create assets, manage paid ads, and work closely with our CEO and sales team to generate leads and sales.
We’re after someone sharp, proactive, and resourceful who can make things happen.
What You’ll Do
Digital & Campaign Execution
Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, and search
Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, EDMs, etc.) that generate marketing-qualified leads for the sales team
Manage an external agency when required
Own and optimise KEAP CRM workflows, lead tagging, segmentation, and automations
Use Google Ads and other tools to track performance, adjust strategy, and report on results
Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and nurture campaigns
Sales Support
Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and brochures that empower our BDMs to close deals
Website & SEO
Maintain and optimise the WordPress website—plugins, SEO, landing pages, and UX
Update content, forms, campaign pages, and conversion paths
Ensure consistency across web and digital experiences
Social Media Management
Own and update all company social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with daily content, including wins, case studies, behind-the-scenes, and product features
Content & Brand
Create content: brochures, case studies, social, eDMs, and more
Write and repurpose compelling content across blog posts, video snippets, and product highlights that align with our campaigns
Work within our visual identity, and help evolve it when needed
Repurpose and tailor content across formats and audiences
Analytics & Growth
Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics to continuously refine strategy
Use data to test, learn, report, and iterate on messaging
Help implement new tools or platforms to improve marketing efficiency
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing (B2B, SaaS, or tech is ideal)
Practical experience across campaign management, paid media, CRM/email, and content
Strong written communication and creative judgement
Data-literate and results-oriented
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
Comfortable managing websites, tools, and digital workflows independently
Tools You’ll Use
Digital & Ads: Google Ads, GA4 (Google Analytics), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools
CRM & Email: KEAP (Infusionsoft), email marketing platforms, Simpro (training provided)
Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing tools
Web: WordPress – SEO, content updates, plugin management
