Our client, a top-tier agency in the Inner West, is seeking a talented & passionate Property Manager to join their dynamic, high-performing team. If you have 2-3 years (or more) of experience in property management, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

  • Managing a local Inner West Portfolio!
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Communicating with owners & tenants
  • Negotiating lease renewals
  • Attending NCAT as required
  • No Ingoings, No Outgoings, No Routines!
  • ONE day work from home!
  • Great team & environment - No micromanaging!
  • Fun & encouraging Directors!

The Candidate:

  • Ideally a Property Manager with 2-3+ years of experience
  • Must be organised & have high attention to detail
  • Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence
  • Highly ambitious and driven!
  • Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • The ability to build & maintain new relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
