The Role:

• Manage 170 properties
• Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
• Support from the repairs & maintenance team
• Resolve escalated issues and complaints
• Support from offshore administration
• NO leasing
• NO administration
• NO routines

The Candidate:

• The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, driver's license
• A background in Property Management is essential
• A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
• The ability to work in a top performing team

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have strong Real Estate experience, ideally in a similar role. This is an integral position for this team where you will be working alongside a team of Directors and their high-performing employees. You will also need a current Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers Licence, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong MS Office skills.
