Assistant Duty Manager

Russo Estate is seeking an experienced person to join our team long-term and grow with us.
PLEASE NOTE:
As we are located in a rural/regional area, public transit is unfortunately NOT accessible to our Estate. Therefore, applicants will need their own independent mode of transport.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in a similar position
Have current RSA
The Role:
Be hands-on approach / physically fit as lifting and moving tables involved
Work closely with the venue team
Exceptional customer service
Lead the team and foster a positive culture amongst FOH and BOH.
Follow health and safety regulations
Barista/Coffee Making.
Bartending - Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks & Basic Cocktails.
Stock Control
3 Plate Carry and Drink Trays
Days Required:
Wednesday to Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm & 5:00pm - Close
