Ballarat Golf Club is seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Duty Manager to join our team!

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bistro and functions, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery

Manage the gaming operations, handling cash and float management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Coordinate and supervise the front-of-house team, providing leadership and training as needed

Maintain high standards of customer service

What we're looking for

Experience in a hospitality management role

Knowledge of gaming

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

Leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop staff

Must hold an RSA, RSG & Victorian Gaming License
