The Opportunity:
You’ll lead the end-to-end commercial administration of high-value infrastructure works. This includes managing subcontractor agreements, driving compliance with contract obligations, and resolving variations and claims.

• Subcontract preparation, negotiation, and letting
• Managing progress claims, delays, extensions of time, and variations
• Ensuring full legal and commercial compliance under the head contract
• Engaging closely with project teams to track performance and risk
• Leading contract meetings, reporting, and commercial reviews
• Providing senior support to junior CA's and improving internal systems

What You Bring:

• Previous Procurement, Contract or Project experience – ideally in civil, infrastructure, or utilities
• Strong commercial and legal acumen
• Confident managing claims, negotiations, and contractor relationships
• High attention to detail in reporting and compliance
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Well presented and an excellent communicator
• A relevant qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or similar
