About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the Pyramids Group' team in Gosford, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and administering a range of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the successful delivery of the company's construction projects.
What you'll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and associated legal documentation
- Monitoring contract performance and compliance, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining comprehensive contract records and documentation
- Providing advice and support to project teams on contractual matters
- Assisting with the preparation of tender submissions and responses
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective contract management
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of contract management policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar contracts administration or project support role, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes and project delivery
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records
- Proficient in contract administration software and other relevant tools
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. law, business, construction management) is highly desirable
