Apex Lawyers is a boutique law firm located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, specialising in Property, Business, Commercial, and Dispute Resolution matters. We are committed to delivering practical and commercially viable legal solutions to our valued clients. As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team on a permanent basis.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a minimum of one to two years' PQE, demonstrating a solid foundation in legal practice. A general working knowledge of property law, contract law, business, and commercial laws is essential to effectively handle diverse legal matters. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and take carriage of legal matters either independently or under the supervision of our senior partners, ensuring timely and high-quality legal service delivery.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Proper file management

· Handling legal matters on your own both effectively and efficiently

· Liaising directly with clients

· Supervising junior solicitors and paralegals when required

· Assisting supervisors when required

· Conducting effective legal research
