Based in Sydney CBD, the firm acts for major telecom providers, technology companies, media networks, and regulators, advising on complex commercial transactions, regulatory frameworks, and high-value infrastructure projects.

About the position:

Our client is seeking a talented TMT Lawyer to advise on cutting-edge matters across telecommunications, media, digital infrastructure, and emerging technology. You will work on:

• Telecommunications regulation and major commercial agreements
• Media law issues, including content licensing & regulatory compliance
• Technology & digital transformation projects
• M&A and commercial contracts in the TMT sector
• Spectrum licensing, network infrastructure & competition law matters
• AI governance and regulation
• Space segmentation

Requirements:

• 3 years + PAE
• Demonstrated high achievements with your academic record
• Experience accumulated with top tier work
• Career motivated and ambitious
