Essential: 3 years of experience in a similar role

Advantageous: Passion for consistency and team leadership

Tasks & responsibilities:

Lead a dynamic kitchen team and collaborate with Front-of-house

Ensure efficient operations, maintaining quality in a fast-paced service environment

Uphold kitchen health and safety regulations and food preparation guidelines

Attain industry-standard food and staff percentage targets

Foster professional communication and service among co-workers
