About the Role
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of our compliance assurance framework by conducting testing, monitoring, and analysis of key risk and control activities. Your insights will drive improvements to how we operate and help ensure we’re meeting our regulatory obligations and delivering outstanding service.
What you’ll do:
Conduct compliance testing and quality reviews within claims and operational teams
Monitor service standards and complaints outcomes against regulatory and internal benchmarks
Identify trends, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
Document assurance outcomes and contribute to team reporting and analysis
Support training and awareness activities related to compliance and QA
Work closely with Claims and other teams to strengthen our risk management culture
About You
You’re a detail-oriented professional with experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk roles—ideally within general insurance or financial services. You take pride in doing things the right way and enjoy working in a team environment that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
You’ll bring:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in a quality assurance or compliance support role
Knowledge of general insurance operations, industry codes, and regulatory obligations
Strong communication and analytical skills
Confidence using QA systems and tools to support evidence-based reporting
A proactive mindset and commitment to improving outcomes for customers and the business
