We here at TOM Recruitment have partnered with a global fintech business to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst for a permanent position based in Melbourne CBD.

Salary $130K + super (flexible)
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you’ll partner directly with senior stakeholders across various arms of the business. You’ll play a critical role in bringing financial insight into business performance, commercial strategy, and investment decisions.
Business partner with leaders across marketing, product, and growth
Deliver commercial analysis on customer acquisition, lifetime value, and ROI
Build dynamic financial models to assess new initiatives and global projects
Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
Translate complex data into commercial narratives and insights
What You Bring
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
4-7 years’ experience in commercial or FP&A roles
Strong Excel and modelling skills (Power BI or Tableau a plus)
Experience in fintech, tech, or high-growth environments preferred
A curious, proactive mindset – you're commercially sharp and stakeholder-savvy
