This role sits within the APAC finance team and will play a key role in driving performance reporting, budgeting, and business insights during an exciting period of transformation and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Deliver month-end management reporting and insightful variance analysis
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts in collaboration with regional teams
• Build and maintain robust financial models and performance dashboards
• Drive sales, margin, and profitability reporting across key channels
• Work with large data sets and multiple systems (ERP and BI tools) to provide timely insights
• Assist with business case development and scenario modelling for new initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data accuracy and streamline reporting
• Ensure compliance with global reporting standards and internal policies

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• CA/CPA qualified with 2+ years' experience in a financial planning or commercial analyst role
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience in distribution, logistics, or technology-driven businesses is highly regarded
