About the role

ESI Tech Services is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of the company's warehouse operations working closely with the Quality Assurance team. This full-time role is based in Cockburn Central, WA working with our electrical and HVAC mechanical team delivering solution focused services & maintenance to the Oil & Gas, Resources, Mining and Industrial sectors.

What you'll be doing

Manage incoming purchasing, receipt and distribution of goods and materials in the warehouse

Responsible for management of the Materials Catalogue and approvals.

Manage the stock inventory in the warehouse and other locations.

Coordinate loadout of project materials and tooling with Project Managers.

Plant & Equipment management, repairs, servicing, calibrations & record keeping.

Assist with QA/QC, HSEQ routine inspections, SDS & approval of materials and risk assessments.

Coordination of Dangerous Goods freight and storage.

Gas cylinder management.

Responsible for the stores and workshop spaces & reporting.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse coordinator or similar role

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and MS Office applications

Ability to take the lead when required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred
