We’re looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Event Operations Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional hybrid conferences, seminars and masterclasses.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team of experienced event professionals, working together to bring inspiring events to life. From budgets and timelines to liaising with facilitators, venues, and suppliers, you’ll handle the moving parts that make our events shine and ensure every detail runs seamlessly.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Delivering hybrid events of varying sizes (50–500+ attendees), often across multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
Working with facilitators, venues, and suppliers to lock in event details
Providing on-the-day support, whether it’s online tech troubleshooting or running the room on-site
Overseeing budgets to deliver high-impact experiences
Collaborating with internal teams to align event delivery with strategy
Troubleshooting like a pro and thinking on your feet
Sharing reflections and ideas for continuous improvement
What we value:
2+ years of experience in events, project coordination, or hospitality
Confidence managing logistics, deadlines, and competing priorities
A strong customer oriented mindset, we care deeply about our attendees experience!
Someone who’s reliable, organised and proactive, you get things done and communicate well
Experience working with event platforms and tools
A team player who can collaborate and can take initiative to keep things moving
Willingness to travel interstate to support on-site event delivery
