Their specialist bandsaw safety products serve meat processing industries worldwide. Boasting a team of over 500 employees, their solutions are known for durability, performance, and technical excellence. As they gear up for expansion across key international markets, they’re now looking for a Channel Sales Manager to spearhead this growth journey.
THE ROLE
As Channel Sales Manager, you will manage and grow a global network of international distributors across South Korea, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.
You’ll:
- Deliver virtual training and sales enablement to distributor teams
- Build account plans to increase share of wallet and deepen relationships.
- Regularly travel internationally to strengthen relationship.
- Act as the key commercial contact—driving growth from dormant accounts
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and technical teams to tailor solutions
This is a pure account management role—no cold calling or transactional selling. It’s all about strategy, enablement, and partner performance.
THE CANDIDATE
- Has experience working with distributors or channel partners (international ideal) - Ideal background would be someone from hardware - power tools, industrial equipment (i.e., generators, compressors) or other related products.
- Understands strategic sales planning and how to unlock potential in a passive account base.
- Comes from a B2B background—automation, safety, industrial, or technical sales preferred.
- Brings energy, structure, and strong relationship-building skills.
This role suits someone who enjoys building from the ground up and can manage complexity across cultures and time zones.
The Package
- Base Salary: $150,000
- Bonus: 20%
- Car Allowance: $20,000
- Tools: Laptop, mobile
- Location: Sydney or Melbourne (flexible)
