Essendon MINI Brand Manager

Essendon BMW and MINI Garage is seeking a dynamic and brand-driven MINI Brand Manager to lead our MINI Sales Department. As a key ambassador of the MINI brand, you will be responsible for driving team performance, delivering premium customer experiences, and upholding MINI's reputation for fun, innovation, and individuality.

The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for automotive excellence and a proven track record in sales or brand management. You'll inspire your team, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the MINI brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the MINI sales team to exceed monthly KPIs.
• Support and implement sales strategies to drive brand growth.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge
• Oversee and enhance the full customer journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience and expertise in leading a successful sales department
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automotive industry
• Passion for the BMW & MINI brands, demonstrating genuine dedication to upholding their reputation.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple requests and tasks efficiently.
• Immaculate personal presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Full driver's license.
