The Role:

• Addressing customer inquiries and maintaining accurate CRM records

• Managing system interface issues and overseeing product returns

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  
  
• Coordinating with a 3PL warehouse to ensure order consistency and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  
  
• Engaging actively with customers and consumers via phone in a fast-paced environment

• Utilising critical thinking to solve problems and adapt to changing circumstances
  
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Strong customer service acumen with a positive, friendly demeanour and eagerness to learn
  
  
• Experience efficiently responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

• Dynamic and adaptable emerging professional with experience in order fulfilment

• Intermediate Excel skills, including basic formulas, formatting, filtering, and analytics

• Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and think quickly to resolve issues
