About the business

My client are an award-winning independent full service media agency currently expanding the Sydney office due to recent client wins.

They are looming for a performance manager- either established or somoene ready to step into a management role. Attitude and passion for industry are paramount so happy to see people.

Hybrid work-2-3 days in Sydney CBD office.

The Role…

  • Work under guidance of performance director implementing, strategizing and optimising SEM, social and programmatic campaigns (SEM experience is essential)
  • Own the client relationship and administer scheduled regular WIPs with clients and internal teams
  • Mentor, develop and train execs and graduates in the team
  • Be an ambassador for the company at industry forums & events

About You…

  • Knowledge of performance media, preferably from hands-on background important. All biddable but hopefully with an SEM focus
  • Will have outstanding client servicing skills
  • Have a genuine passion for the digital industry with the ability to keep on top of new technology and innovations.
  • Ability to see new revenue opportunities to upsell services. Not a sales role and no targets
