An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative/Case Management role.
About The Role:
Reporting to the National Customer Relations Manager, communication is key as you will need to effectively manage customer cases while working with internal departments and provide optimal customer service to KIA owners and KIA Dealers.
Key Accountabilities:
Responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and engaging manner.
Assist Dealers, Regional staff and Technical departments with the resolution of complaints.
Management of any out of policy applications through to approval ensuring correct guidelines have been followed.
Establishment and maintenance of comprehensive case records.
Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Complaint Management System.
Liaise with KIA dealers and other stakeholders.
Base decisions in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Assist in the maintenance of the KIA Customer Database to ensure the most recent and correct data is retained.
Qualifications and Attributes:
General passion for cars.
Demonstrated customer care experience within the automotive industry (highly regarded)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Be resilient and know how to effectively handle customer issues with a level of care and empathy.
Great time management and organisational skills.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Have an open, friendly personality.
Sound skills in Microsoft Office.
