The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience in retail and digital marketing. As Marketing Support, you’ll work closely with our trade and marketing teams to help execute digital activations, manage marketing materials, and contribute to the success of campaigns across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support digital marketing campaigns, retail activations, and trade plans.

• Assist in executing CRM, EDM, and social media campaigns.

• Maintain and update the eCommerce platform, including product content and performance tracking.

• Support audience segmentation and personalized campaign delivery based on customer data.

• Conduct SEO audits and competitor analysis with actionable insights.

• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistency across platforms.

• Help prepare presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.

• Support database and asset organization to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Ideally 1–2 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital and/or trade marketing.

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR, Digital, Communications, or related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.

• Familiar with CRM/email platforms (Salesforce preferred), CMS, and social tools like Canva or Mailchimp.

• Strong writing and content coordination skills.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced retail marketing environment.

• Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and high adaptability

• Welcomes constructive feedback and direction
