FULL-TIME LEASING AGENT – JOIN OUR GROWING REAL ESTATE FAMILY

We’re a boutique real estate agency based in Double Bay, operating across the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney City. We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on, and creative Leasing Agent/Property Manager to join our close-knit team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position managing a portfolio of fully furnished residential properties. The role is primarily field-based, with most of your time spent outside the office conducting inspections, attending to properties, and meeting tenants. You’ll also support the office team when needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting inspections, open homes, ingoing/outgoing reports

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

Managing lease renewals, arrears, and tenant communications

Using property management software to maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management

Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

Excellent English communication skills

Spanish speaking will be extra value

Australian driver’s licence

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Professional presentation and a motivated, team-oriented mindset

Available Monday to Saturday

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident – we are looking for a long-term team member
