Award winning Maroubra Real Estate agency is now looking for an enthusiastic leasing consultant to eventually grow into a Property Management role in an established Real Estate company in Eastern Suburbs NSW.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Commissions

Hours: working Saturdays with 1 day off during the week, so a 5 day week, approx 38 hours/week, potential early finish every Saturday!

This is a rare opportunity for a candidate with some real estate / leasing / PM experience to join a growing team of 15+ staff.

You will be working with a trusted agency that has been servicing the Bondi, Maroubra area & eastern suburbs for the last 10+ years.

JOB DUTIES:

• Conduct open for inspections for premium, boutique properties in the Maroubra and surrounding suburbs
• Process applications for potential tenants/renters.
• Conduct rental reference checks & administration.
• Advertise rental properties online (with training & support)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & providing exceptional service
• Assist Senior Property Managers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Real Estate Certificate to work as a Property Manager
- Property management experience or eager to start a career in property management
- Well presented and spoken skills
- Current & valid drivers license
- Have your own car
