Sous Chef required for one of Mandurah`s premier restaurants on The Boardwalk Dolphin Quay. The Oyster Bedz is seeking a professional to assist in leading a positive team in a picturesque location.
We are seeking someone with a good nature and an attention to detail to fulfill this position.
We have excellent work conditions as keeping within a professional environment. Payment will be discussed pending application, experience and eligibility.
No early mornings and no late nights.
What are we looking for?
Experience in handling seafood
Attention to detail and food safety
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A passion for the industry
Enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
Possess a creative flair with good presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Minimum 10 years' experience preferred
What will you bring to the table?
Ability to run a section without direct supervision
Deliver high-quality meals
Be able to multitask a variety of tasks
Have initiative in the kitchen
