About the Role:

We're looking for a Chef to primarily cover our busy breakfast shifts (7 mornings a week), with the opportunity to expand into evening service on Thursdays and Fridays. This role will start as casual, with the strong possibility of a full-time position, including sponsorship for the right candidate.

Breakfast Expertise: Proven experience in preparing high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes.

Wood Fired Enthusiasm: Excited by the prospect of developing new wood-fired dishes beyond pizza, potentially in middle Eastern Indian or Asian styles.

The Opportunity:

While we currently serve wood-fired pizzas on Thursday and Friday evenings, we are actively exploring a shift towards Indian or Asian cuisine, still utilising our fantastic wood-fired oven for unique and flavourful creations.
