About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de partie to join our dynamic team at the Margaret River Brewhouse. As a casual role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

- Assist kitchen managers in daily kitchen operation

Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations

Contribute to menu planning and the development of new dishes

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Chef de partie or similar role in a busy restaurant or pub environment

Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety

Creativity and passion for producing high-quality food

Excellent time management and organisational skills

The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
