We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic Centre Manager to independently operate our Long Day Care service located in Cranebrook. Be a part of continuing a history of providing high quality care for families, with a company that has a well-established reputation in the area!

The person we are looking for will:

• hold a minimum qualification of Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent.
• hold a current Working with Children Check
• hold current First Aid Certificate
• hold current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• current Child Protection Qualification
• have knowledge of EYLF, National Regulations and NQS
• be organised, with superb time management and leadership skills
• have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• experience with Qikkids ideal
• be able to mentor and lead educators, while enhancing a positive team environment.
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial.

This position requires the right candidate to independently manage the service with minimal supervision from management. Ongoing support and procedures are provided. Opportunities for career advancement are available within the company.
