The Role:

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio all within close proximity to the office
• Liaise with landlords.
• Handle repairs and maintenance.
• Control arrears.
• No routine, ingoings or leasing required – the Property Officer/Leasing Consultant manages these.
• Ample support provided

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in property management.
• A current Certificate of Registration, a Driver’s License and reliable car.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong team player, willing to offer support as needed.
